Organoleptic characteristics

From the dark color given by the whole durum wheat semolina, during cooking the hemp seeds contained inside tend to toast giving the bread a crunchy and “crackling” to the bite, with a persistent flavor and aroma, slightly acid characteristic of the sourdough and natural leavening.
