HOW DO WE BREAD
Genuineness, ancient flavors, creativity, constant research that, together with so much love, sacrifice and ethics that the whole company put in every stage of production, make Grande Impero a “real bread”, artisanal, inimitable. We proudly share the certification for our bread, obtained thanks to the research of the University of Bari Aldo Moro and the Free University of Bolzano. The research has certified that Grande Impero products are obtained with the exclusive use of mother pasta and with a natural leavening process.

IFS BROKER CERTIFICATION
With pride and gratitude Grande Impero achieves the IFS Broker certification.
The IFS Broker Standard was created with the aim of providing a homogeneous system of evaluation of the activities of brokers, importers and trade agencies in the supply of products destined for retail.
In times of globalization, procurement activities are carried out on a global scale; brokers and importers are therefore becoming an important tool for meeting manufacturers and retailers.
The publication of the IFS Broker standard fills an important gap in the controls of this delicate phase of the agri-food chain.
The primary objective of the IFS Broker standard is to check how brokers select their suppliers, what quality requirements have been implemented and finally to check whether they are able to comply with the applicable legal requirements.
